With an expanding operational footprint, they are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Head of Warehouse and Logistics to join their rapidly growing business.
This Head of Warehouse and Logistics will lead and elevate end-to-end logistics and warehouse capabilities. This role will drive operational excellence, build scalable systems, and act as a key partner to Business Unit Heads in enabling commercial growth. This position will play a critical role as a change leader, transforming warehouse and logistics operations into a competitive advantage for the business. This job is based in Bangkok, Thailand
Job Responsibilities
Define and execute logistics and warehouse strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
Partner closely with Business Unit Heads to enable commercial success through strong logistics capabilities.
Design and develop a scalable logistics network, including warehouse operations, capacity planning, and 3PL strategy.
Oversee end-to-end chemical warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and service reliability.
Establish and drive KPIs to deliver operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Optimize inventory management, distribution, and fulfillment processes using best practices.
Manage and enhance 3PL partnerships, including selection, negotiation, performance, and cost control.
Lead system implementation and optimization (WMS/ERP) to improve visibility, control, and decision-making.
Drive data-driven operations through analytics, reporting, and process automation.
Lead transformation initiatives to improve processes, systems, and overall operational effectiveness.
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team with a strong culture of safety and accountability.
Ensure cost optimization, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management across all logistics operations.
Job Requirements
Proven leadership in logistics and warehouse operations within chemical or industrial environments.
Strong experience managing 3PL partners, driving performance and cost efficiency.
Track record of leading system implementations and digital transformations (WMS, ERP, and related platforms).
Demonstrated ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and drive cross-functional alignment.
Commercially astute with strong experience in cost management and operational optimization.
In-depth knowledge of safety, compliance, and regulatory standards for chemical warehousing.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
