Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting an HR Associate on behalf of a global animal health pharmaceutical company. The role will directly report to the General Manager and will be responsible for providing general HR & Administrative assistance. The role requires 100% onsite work and will be based in BGC Taguig. Open to fresh graduates, training/s will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and collaborate with General Manager, Finance Manager, and/or Regional HR team to ensure efficiency and timely service to employees
- Attend and respond to any HR/organizational queries of PH employees
- Liaise with external parties for projects/processes (e.g. 3rd party recruiters)
- Manage on-boarding and off-boarding procedures
- Prepare and compose reports and correspondences as required; Gather information and prepare various reports for management
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Plan and deliver employee engagement programs and activities. (General Assembly, Company Outing, Christmas Party)
- Maintain accuracy and security for all HR-related documents
- Handle and process office supply requisition, including but not limited to purchase order and payment facilitation
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
- 1-2 years of job-related experience preferred but not required
- Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Mature, great listener, highly-organized and able to take initiative
- Willing to be on contractual employment (renewable every year). Extension or regularization is based on performance
Work Setup:
- 100% onsite, M-F 8:30 to 5:30 PM; Work location is in BGC Taguig
