Our respected client is seeking a people person and well-connected professional for the role of C&B Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to make a significant impact on the company's compensation and benefits programs.

The HR Compensation and Benefits Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's compensation and benefits programs, policies, and processes in Thailand. This includes designing, implementing, and maintaining employee compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's overall strategy and objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the company's compensation and benefits strategies and programs, including base pay, incentives, and benefits packages.
  • Manage and administer the company's global benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other employee benefits.
  • Conduct regular market surveys to ensure the company remains competitive in terms of compensation and benefits offerings.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to design and implement compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's overall strategy and objectives.
  • Lead and manage the annual compensation review process, including the design and implementation of merit increase programs, bonus plans, and equity-based programs.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to HR and business leaders on compensation and benefits-related matters, including market trends, legal requirements, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with HRIS and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and developments in compensation and benefits and recommend changes as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.7+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing effective compensation and benefits programs.
  • Strong knowledge of local and global compensation and benefits regulations and laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with HR and business leaders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Fluency in English and the local language.
