Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of an FMCG Company that specializes in manufacturing and distribution of personal care and hygiene products. Our respected client is seeking for an HR Director who will lead the overall human resources strategy and operations of the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and supporting sustainable growth. The role oversees all HR functions, including talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, labor compliance, learning and development, and HR operations across corporate, manufacturing, warehouse, and commercial functions. This role has an onsite work requirement in Pasig City and will be reporting to the company Owner.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Drive performance management, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives.
- Oversee compensation and benefits, HR operations, payroll governance, and HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR support for operations, manufacturing, sales, and distribution.
- Manage employee and labor relations, organizational change, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree is an advantage.
- At least 10 years of experience years human resources
- Preferably within the FMCG, manufacturing, consumer goods, or retail industry.
- Proven leadership, business partnering, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong knowledge of talent management, labor relations, compensation and benefits, organizational development, and Philippine labor laws.
