Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a premier international provider of high‑quality food products.
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Manager who will oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws, driving organizational culture, and supporting recruitment and compensation strategies.
This role is based in Mandaluyong City, with a full onsite work arrangement. The work schedule is 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM (compressed). The HR Manager will report directly to the President and lead a small team consisting of 1 Supervisor and 2 Staff.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee HR processes, policies, and programs to support business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company standards.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including payroll, government‑mandated benefits, and HMO coverage.
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment and talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent.
- Drive organizational culture initiatives to foster employee engagement and alignment with company values.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR‑related matters.
- Oversee HRIS, payroll systems, and applicant tracking tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Coach, mentor, and develop HR team members to enhance capability and performance.
- Partner with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational development.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or head role.
- Strong command of Philippine labor law, DOLE compliance, compensation & benefits, and recruitment.
- Hands‑on experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and applicant‑tracking tools.
- Proven ability to design and implement HR policies and culture‑building initiatives.
- Experience in distribution, FMCG, manufacturing, or multi‑site operations (office + warehouse workforce) is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
