Monroe Consulting Group is currently assisting one of our clients in the consumer/business industry to hire an experienced HR Manager who will lead the company's HR transformation initiatives and support organizational growth through strategic Human Capital management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Human Capital strategies aligned with company objectives and business growth
  • Lead workforce planning, talent forecasting, and organizational development initiatives
  • Build and strengthen company culture based on organizational values
  • Develop effective recruitment and employer branding strategies to attract top talent
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including onboarding and probation evaluation
  • Develop competency framework, performance management systems (KPI/OKR), talent mapping, succession planning, and leadership development programs
  • Review and improve salary structure, grading system, remuneration policies, and reward & punishment systems
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and manage employee relations matters
  • Ensure HR operations including contracts, attendance, leave management, overtime, and HR database are running effectively and aligned with professional standards
  • Ensure company compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and maintain HR policies & SOP implementation
  • Utilize HR analytics and reporting to support strategic decision-making and monitor HR metrics


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources with exposure to HR transformation, organizational development, or strategic HR initiatives
  • Strong understanding of performance management, talent management, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement
  • Experienced in developing HR systems, policies, and organizational culture
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR compliance
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Willing to be based in Ternate
