Monroe Consulting Group, an executive search firm, is recruiting on behalf of a digital gaming and entertainment company. Our client is seeking a HRBP Manager responsible for supporting workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, talent development, employee engagement, and overall HR operational effectiveness within the gaming industry environment. This is a full onsite role, with the office located in BGC, Taguig.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Partnership

  • Collaborate with business leaders and department heads to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to managers regarding workforce planning, organizational development, and employee management.
  • Support business units in driving organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Employee Relations

  • Handle employee relations concerns, investigations, and conflict resolution professionally and confidentially.
  • Promote positive employee engagement and maintain a healthy working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and HR standards.

Performance Management

  • Support the implementation and monitoring of performance management programs and evaluation processes.
  • Partner with leaders to identify performance gaps and recommend appropriate development plans.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance employee productivity and accountability.

Recruitment & Talent Management

  • Coordinate with Recruitment Teams and Hiring Managers to support manpower requirements and hiring needs.
  • Assist in talent assessment, succession planning, and retention strategies.
  • Support onboarding and employee integration initiatives.

Learning & Development

  • Identify training and development needs in partnership with department heads.
  • Support leadership development and employee capability-building programs.
  • Assist in implementing initiatives that improve employee growth and career progression.

HR Operations & Analytics

  • Utilize HRIS systems and HR data analytics to monitor trends and support decision-making.
  • Prepare HR reports, presentations, and workforce analysis for management review.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance HR operational efficiency.


Key job qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3-4years in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR role.
  • Experience providing strategic HR support to business leaders and managers.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and HR data analytics.
  • Experience in the gaming, online gaming, BPO, or fast-paced industry environment is an advantage.'
  • Required Language Proficiency
  • Must be able to speak and understand basic Mandarin Chinese.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and project/presentation management skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.
