With operations across Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Singapore, aims to digitize the region's used car industry by reshaping and elevating the car buying and selling experience. The company provides end-to-end solutions to consumers and used car dealers, from car inspection to ownership transfer to financing, promising a service that is trusted, convenient and efficient.

Job Summary:
The person will serve as the voice of the company as well as the first line of contact for company's customer inquiries, schedules, complaints, and follow ups. The person is expected to possess genuine enthusiasm, willingness to help, and goal oriented. The person is also expected to work closely with other departments in guaranteeing customer satisfaction is delivered at all times.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serves company's customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
  • Attracts potential company's customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Qualify leads as they come in for potential company's seller / buyer from different sources and channels
  • Validate, create, update schedules for test drives, meetups, visits, inspection and others for both sellers and buyers
  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Coordinate with respective stakeholders to ensure smoothness of schedules

Job Qualifications:

  • High School, Vocational, College Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as Customer Service Senior Analyst or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Familiarity in using CRM / Customer Service Systems, MS Office Application or equivalent applications
  • Customer Service Skill
  • Is a team player and keen learner to grow with the company
  • Able to communicate in both English and Tagalog
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to help others
  • Have a pleasant personality
  • Flexible and can handle pressure well
