Monroe is recruiting on behalf of our client, a notable asset management company.
Responsibilities
- Support execution of M&A transactions, divestments, strategic partnerships, and capital raising mandates.
- Conduct detailed financial, commercial, industry, and market research to identify opportunities and support client decisions.
- Build and maintain financial models, including valuation analyses such as DCF, trading comparables, and precedent transactions.
- Prepare transaction materials including teasers, confidential information memoranda (CIM), management presentations, investor lists, pitch books, and client proposals.
- Assist in preparing investment committee papers, internal memos, and strategic recommendations.
- Coordinate due diligence processes and data room management with clients, investors, lawyers, accountants, and other advisors.
- Monitor transaction progress, timelines, and key deliverables across multiple workstreams.
- Support origination efforts by researching target companies, sectors, and prospective investors.
- Contribute to thought leadership materials and publications to enhance market visibility and client engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in M&A advisory, investment banking, transaction services, private equity, or management consulting preferred.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, valuation methodologies, and M&A transaction processes.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling.
- Familiarity with financial databases such as Bloomberg Terminal, CapIQ, PitchBook, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia preferred.
- High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
