IT Assistant Manager - Textile (Based in Central Java)
Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading Indonesian textile manufacturer. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 5 years of experience in IT and SAP manufacturing systems. The job is based in Central Java, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities:
- Directly report to IT Manager
- Develop SAP as the main working system for the factories.
- Manage information technology and computer systems for all group factories.
- Plan, organise, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems.
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
- Preserve assets, information security, and control structures.
- Handle annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Job requirement:
- Bachelor's in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Having at least 5 years of experience working in IT operations, especially developing SAP systems for manufacturing.
- Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies.
- Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritise.
- A firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices.
- Willing to be placed in Central Java, Indonesia.
