International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on a behalf of an international Food & Beverage chain. Our client is looking for a senior talent to come as IT Manager. This role is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Job Summary:
The IT Manager is responsible for leading and executing solutions for the complete implementation of all company software and hardware. This role reports to Chief Finance Officer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting regular system audits and giving IT suitable policy for firm security
- Developing and executing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization
- Designing training programs and seminars for personnel
- Managing and defining timelines for significant IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and outages.
- Managing and reporting on IT budget allocation - Identifying team training and skill enhancement possibilities
- Create, design, and implement systems, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain data security, network access, and backup systems.
- Contribute to corporate policy by acting in accordance with user needs and system functionality
- Support executive management by creating IT roadmaps (defining software, hardware, network, and training requirements) to support a scaling business
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- Good knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
- Experience with super user, end user training, user acceptance/adoption testing
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
- Good at leadership skill
- Good communication in English
