We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of key initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget by managing resources, preparing budgets, and keeping stakeholders informed. All project activities are aligned with our organizational goals and vision.

Core Responsibilities

  • Scope & Objectives: Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Resource Management: Forecast necessary resources and manage them effectively and efficiently.
  • Financial Oversight: Prepare budgets based on scope and requirements, and track costs to ensure budget compliance.
  • Planning & Scheduling: Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule and comprehensive work plan.
  • Communication: Provide consistent updates to stakeholders regarding strategy, progress, and necessary adjustments.
  • Vendor Management: Manage contracts and deliverables with vendors and suppliers.
  • Execution & Quality: Utilize industry best practices and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor progress, make real-time adjustments, and measure performance to identify areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of project management experience specifically involving the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), end-to-end system implementations, or digital transformations.
  • Project Mastery: Proven ability to oversee projects through the full life cycle and complete them according to scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Technical Skills: Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, with a resourceful and creative approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Training, experience, or certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
