Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf a well-established company and one of the country's leaders in providing world-class software and hardware solutions, project management tools, and education services for CAD (Computer Aided Design), BIM (Building Information Modelling) and Project Management to various local and international companies across Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) and Manufacturing industries. This job is based in Makati City on a hybrid work set-up.
Job Summary:
The IT Project Officer will be responsible to manage and monitor the project from planning to implementation.
Key Job responsibilities include:
- Design, create and implement project policies and procedures, tools, and methodologies for successful project transition
- Ensure operational security and protection as well as backup system for assigned projects
- Identify project risk and implement strategic solutions.
- Assists project members and/or clients through a series of actions, either face to face; email or virtual collaboration to identify, address and resolve project and technical issues.
- Demonstrate commitment and promote a culture of service excellence and continual improvement within the project team
Job Requirements:
- Degree in IT, Computer Science or other related course
- Working knowledge of at least 8 years experience in IT Industry
- Project Management Experience is a must (end to end cycle)
- Well versed in network systems; database; programming; project execution
- Demonstrate good problem-solving skills; disciplined, reliable, trustworthy
- Possess very good communication skills
- High supervisory skills
