Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a multi-award winning FinTech company that offers online loans. The client is rigorously searching for Junior QA Automation Engineer to join their fantastic growing team based in Pasig.
Job Summary
Junior QA Automation engineer work collaboratively with other groups to ensure the quality of the software prior release. They are familiar with automation tools and experience developing automation scripts. This position reports to Software QA Lead
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement analysis, test script creation (manual and automation script), test execution, tracking of defects and reporting of results.
- Executing automated script such as Selenium, Appium or other open-source automation tools.
- Responsible for implementation and execution of performance tests
- Works on automated testing infrastructure to increase efficiency within the quality assurance process.
- Assist in training of other QA Engineers on automation standards and processes.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in API testing using Postman or similar tools
- Experience in Performance testing using JMeter or relevant tools
- Experience in writing automation scripts using languages such as Groovy, C# or Java
- Solid understanding of Agile development.
- Experience writing SQL queries
- Mobile Automation experience is a plus.
