International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on a behalf of a multinational FMCG corporate. Our client is looking for a senior talent to come as Key Account Manager. This role is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Job Summary:

Reporting to Country Manager, the Key Account Manager initiates the business strategies and establish sustainable partnership with critical Modern Trade distributors to achieve national sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be accountable to reach domestic MT sales targets
  • Determine business possibilities, manage selling capability, provide appropriate assistance & advice to improve the effectiveness & efficiency of the distribution channels & product presentation
  • Initiate business strategies for daily sales operation
  • Lead & manage the modern trade team by equipping the MT team members up-to-date professional training sessions to improve their performance
  • Establish the sustainable business relationships with the vital stakeholders by conducting business review & building strategic advertising plan to reinforce product awareness
  • Cultivate brand & product knowledge to the stakeholders including consumers, retailers, sales team
  • Assist the company & domestic distributors to proceed & monitor product orders, registration, inventory, freshness
  • Complete other tasks required by Country Manager

Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 years hands-on experience in Modern Trade of multinational FMCG companies.
  • University degree in Business Administration or equivalent field.
  • Excellent interpersonal & presentation skills
  • Outstanding negotiation & influencing skills
  • Strong business acumen & commercial understanding
  • Intensive commercial strategic planning & Modern Trade execution capability.
  • Analytical thinking; self-motivated; results-driven & resilient.
