Lead Driver Recruiter (B2B Logistics Services)

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading Multinational company in logistics services. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 10 years' experience in industrial sector for the job of Lead Driver Recruiter - B2B Logistics Services. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Direct reporting to Director
  • Recruit drivers from within and outside the city for courier delivery purposes
  • Full cycle recruitment process including assessment, qualification, and driver orientation qualified professionals to meet the needs of our customers
  • Advertise open driver career opportunities
  • Conduct preliminary in-person pre-screening interviews to ensure candidates meet condition
  • Proactively search for candidates and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Assist the operations and safety department with day-to-day tasks that include but not limited to: Shipping issues, breakdowns, safety issues and approvals minor repair.
  • Work with insurance providers to ensure company drivers are ready for insurance
  • Focus on driver retention through regular communication with new and current drivers to ensure overall job satisfaction and help resolve problems accordingly need
  • Perform other tasks as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from reputable university
  • Proven recruitment experience in the transportation industry
  • Strong customer service background with friendly personality
  • Progressive knowledge of the transportation industry is required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the recruitment process through social media platforms
  • Reliable transportation for offsite meetings, client visits and/or Job Fairs
  • Proficient in all Microsoft office applications and marketing software.
  • Good knowledge of sales and marketing metrics.
  • Ability to anticipate consumer behaviour.
