This opportunity is based in Indonesia. We are seeking a highly experienced legal professional to lead the legal function and provide strategic guidance that supports the organisation's long-term objectives.
Position Overview
Lead and shape the organisation's legal strategy, governance framework, and legal operations at an executive level.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership while ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall legal strategy for the organisation
- Oversee litigation and dispute management
- Provide strategic legal advice to support business and commercial decisions
- Ensure strong governance and alignment with regulatory requirements
Key Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in the automotive leasing industry (mandatory)
- Candidates with banking or insurance sector experience may also be considered
- Demonstrated experience leading a legal function at a senior level
- Experience in litigation and dispute management
- Experience providing legal support for business and commercial decision-making
Technical / Functional Expertise
- Strong exposure to regulatory and compliance frameworks
- Expertise in corporate governance and legal risk management
- Strong understanding of legal strategy development and execution
- PERADI licence is not required
