Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting for a Logistics Manager on behalf of chemical manufacturing + industrial raw materials + supply chain solutions company. This role will be based in BGC, Taguig.

Job Summary:

The Logistics Manager will lead transportation, fleet, and warehouse logistics operations supporting the distribution of industrial chemicals, home care and detergent raw materials, specialty ingredients, and other manufacturing solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the ground-working closely with warehouse teams, transport providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective movement of goods across multiple sites.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
At least 8-10 years of experience in logistics, transportation, fleet, or supply chain operations.
Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial chemicals, FMCG, raw materials, or industrial distribution is highly preferred.
Strong background in fleet management, transportation planning, and warehouse coordination.
Proven experience managing third-party logistics providers and transport operations.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work onsite in BGC and travel regularly to Batangas and Cavite.
