Key Responsibilities

Build and execute preventive maintenance plans for mechanical equipment and machinery
Identify and resolve equipment issues to keep downtime to a minimum
Work with production teams to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations
Analyze equipment performance data and propose upgrades or improvements
Oversee spare parts inventory to ensure critical components are always on hand
Assist with installing and commissioning new machinery
Ensure maintenance work meets safety and environmental requirements
Compile reports covering maintenance performance, downtime, and cost efficiency

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
8 - 10 years' experience in plant maintenance or mechanical engineering; strong fresh graduates with relevant internships welcome
Strong grasp of mechanical systems, rotating equipment, and maintenance practices
Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working under time pressure
Skilled in Microsoft Office; CMMS knowledge a plus
Able to communicate clearly in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
