Job Description :

Maintenance & Reliability Management
- Develop and oversee Preventive and Predictive Maintenance schedules for all production equipment to ensure Overall Equipment Efficiency.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on major equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Leadership & Operational Excellence
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the maintenance team (mechanical and electrical).
- Manage external vendors and contractors for large-scale repairs, equipment overhauls, or new machinery installations.
- Implement and sustain 5S/5R standards within the workshop and maintenance areas.
Safety and Regulatory Compliance (HSE)
- Ensure all maintenance procedures adhere to Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards and environmental regulations.
- Manage the certification and inspection of pressure vessels, lifting equipment, and electrical installations in accordance with Indonesian government mandates.
- Strictly enforce Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures during all repair and maintenance activities.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of PLC, hydraulics, pneumatics, inverters and industrial electrical systems.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and electrical circuit diagrams.
Strong leadership, analytical troubleshooting, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.
Professional certifications such as K3 Umum or K3 Listrik are highly desirable.
