Monroe Consulting Group, an Executive Recruitment firm, is partnering with an organisation in the Professional Services industry to hire a Manager. This opportunity is based in Malaysia.

Position Overview
The role is responsible for leading consulting projects and managing delivery across business process initiatives. It plays a critical role in ensuring project success, team development, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage a project as PM (Project Manager)

Set up a project organisation and member
Create a project schedule and define a task
Monitor the progress and check status
Communicate with counterpart of client for smooth project delivery
Report project status to a project owner of client
Lead a discussion for key issue solving
Manage and encourage all project members including the company members
Ensure project quality and manage the project timeline

2. Lead sub team within the company which will be established.

Build a special and high-end solution as a sub team
Train team members to be a specialised consultant
Coordinate and manage sub team activity to build and foster a good team relationship
Monitor and control team utilisation which is one of the important KPI for team and each consultant

3. Support for pre-sales activity

Support to prepare discussion material to visit a new/existing client
Support to create proposal documents
Support to plan individual project plan and profitability

4. Below are NOT mandatory requirements (not KPI) for Manager, just additional requirements:

Key Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

First level University degree, now within 3rd rank in each country.
5 to 10 years of working experience in business process design, business analysis or IT application design.
Holds Malaysia nationality and can work onsite in Malaysia
Experience working for Consulting Firm (such as PwC, Deloitte, Accenture (Process), IBM, JMAC, ABeam (Process), Renoir etc.) or experience working for business companies as internal consultant in the below business industry:
Automotive, Hi-Tech, Heavy Industry, Electronics and Industrial Components
Trade Companies, Retail, and Consumer Product

Technical / Functional Expertise

Business process design
Business analysis
IT application design

Soft Skills & Leadership Competencies

Project management and leadership capabilities
Strong communication skills for client engagement and stakeholder management
Ability to lead discussions and resolve key issues
Team leadership with the ability to train, manage, and motivate consultants
