Monroe Consulting Group is representing a leading mining company seeking a high-caliber PMO - Corporate Finance professional to support strategic financial initiatives, including M&A, investments, and corporate transactions. This role is critical in driving project governance, execution discipline, and cross-functional alignment across complex finance projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage end-to-end corporate finance projects, including M&A transactions, investments, and strategic partnerships
- Act as PMO for finance-related initiatives, ensuring timely execution, stakeholder alignment, and governance standards
- Coordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, operations) and external advisors (investment banks, consultants, legal firms)
- Develop and maintain financial models, project timelines, and reporting dashboards for senior management
- Assist in due diligence processes, including financial, commercial, and operational assessments
- Prepare investment memos, board materials, and strategic recommendations
- Monitor post-deal integration and track value realization against business cases
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (CPA/CA is a plus)
- Mandatory background from Big 4 firms (EY, Deloitte, PwC, or KPMG)
- Proven experience in Deals Advisory / Transaction Services / M&A / Corporate Finance
- Strong exposure to financial due diligence, valuation, and investment analysis
- 5-8 years of relevant experience (including Big 4 tenure)
- Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities
- High attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
