Our highly respected client is seeking a Marketing Head well-versed in Strategic Marketing, Brand Management, Research & Development, Student Recruitment & Retention, Marketing Communications & PR and People Management. The job is currently on a temporary WFH Set up and is based in BGC, Taguig City, Philippines.

Job summary:

Tasked in building and strengthening the awareness, brand position and image of the school, both in local and in the international arena. To manage, lead, plan strategize and deliver marketing results that meet the organizational objectives of the school.

Key job responsibilities include:

Management of the Marketing Office

  • Identify, Develop and evaluate marketing strategies and programs based on set company objectives.
  • Define, develop, implement and evaluate systems, policies and procedures for marketing and admissions in line with the company mission, vision and values and annual objectives.

Marketing Communications and PR

  • Leads in building and strengthening the awareness, brand position and image of the school, both in the local and in the international arena.
  • Develops marketing/communication strategies and programs for the school's other business units or auxillary services.

Brand Management

  • Leads in the development of integrated brand communication plans and events.
  • Specializing in strategic planning with the goal of helping establish brand positioning and core market strengths.

Student Recruitment and Retention

  • In-charge of developing and implementing strategic student recruitment and retention program.
  • Create recruitment strategies to build and sustain student population.

People Management

  • Ensures that the marketing team is constantly motivated and inspired to deliver the expected results.
  • Ensures that the marketing team is aware of the company's mission, vision and values.
  • Ensures that the marketing team are aware and have fully understood the annual objectives and regular directives and announcements released by the Executive Committee and concerned offices.


Key job requirements include:

  • Education: Any course related to Marketing, communications (Bachelor's Degree in journalism, BSC-Marketing)
  • Minimum Experience: Should at least have 5 years working in marketing department, have experience handling at some point the above job specifications.
  • Strong background on Brand Management and Strategic Marketing
