Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a renowned knowledge process outsourcing of a global law firm. Our client is seeking a Mobility Platforms Engineer who will contribute to the development of the Firm's mobile strategy through research and evaluation of emerging technologies. The successful candidate will be part of the Interface team under the Firm's Infrastructure division.
The position is based in BGC, Taguig City, Philippines, and offers a hybrid work setup (8-10 days onsite per month).
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the Firm's current and future enterprise mobile computing technology and infrastructure
- Act as the escalation point for issues arising from projects and Business as Usual (BAU) operations, ensuring prompt resolution and clear communication with impacted stakeholders
- Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to understand mobility requirements and implement appropriate solutions
- Work with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and software vendors to understand enterprise mobility strategies and solutions
- Assist in developing and communicating new mobility service offerings and device standards
- Represent the team in IT projects and business initiatives
- Participate in team discussions and contribute to consensus on priorities, processes, standards, and procedures
- Research, design, test, and document standards for mobile hardware, software, operating systems, and applications
- Test and apply security patches and communicate results
- Maintain knowledge repositories and update incident management systems
- Provide training to local offices on mobility standards, usage, and maintenance
Skills and Experience:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience supporting and deploying smart devices (iOS, Android) in a multinational environment
- Senior / Level 3 engineer with implementation experience in Microsoft Intune
Technical Skills
- Strong experience in supporting and deploying smart devices (iOS, Android, etc.)
- Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) technologies and methodologies
- Fundamental understanding of Microsoft technology stack (client and infrastructure layers)
- Experience or certification in Microsoft mobility platforms (e.g., Intune) and other MDM solutions (preferred)
- Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Ability to work with technical teams and external vendors to resolve issues
