Mortgage Loan Processor


Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading offshore business process and professional services provider supporting clients across Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States. This opportunity is based in Cebu city, Philippines.

We are seeking a Mortgage Processor who will support Australian Mortgage Brokers in managing loan applications from submission through settlement. The role requires a detail-oriented and analytical professional with experience in the Australian mortgage market, capable of handling lender applications, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with lending requirements and timelines.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process mortgage loan applications while ensuring all supporting documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Manage the end-to-end loan application process from submission through settlement.
  • Coordinate with mortgage brokers, lenders, and other stakeholders throughout the application lifecycle.
  • Analyze client fact-finds, financial information, and credit reports.
  • Utilize lender serviceability calculators and submit applications through lender and aggregator portals.
  • Order property valuations and assist with pricing discretion requests.
  • Maintain accurate records and update loan application statuses within CRM and mortgage processing systems.
  • Work with various mortgage industry tools and platforms including Quickli, FileInvite, Illion, Equifax, AFG Calculator, MYCRM, Mercury, Flex, Salestrekker, Infynity, and other lender portals.
  • Ensure compliance with lender policies, Australian mortgage regulations, and internal quality standards.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to Australian Mortgage Brokers and Finance Brokers.


Key Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 1 to 3 years of experience in Australian Mortgage Processing, Loan Processing, or Parabroking.
  • Strong understanding of the Australian mortgage and lending process.
  • Experience working with Australian lenders, aggregators, and broker support functions.
  • Proficiency in mortgage processing software, lender portals, and industry-related tools.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously.
