Executive recruitment Monroe Consulting Group is seeking for an Online Sales Lead on behalf of a premium consumer electronics company who will be responsible in implementing effective promotional campaigns in the digital space in a timely manner creating traffic and engaging customers thereby generating sales conversion. The role will directly report to the Sales Manager. The job is based in BGC, Taguig City with hybrid setup.
Job Functions:

  • Build the optimal traffic, onsite marketing, promotion, and assortment strategy resulting to acquired leads/customers with significant conversion
  • Maximize onsite exposure of the brands for both business as usual and mega campaigns
  • End-to-end execution of eCommerce operations and seller center systems
  • Coordination with dealer and marketing on the promos and SKUs implementation
  • Plan live streaming in line with Marketing direction and / or as sales demand need
  • Analyze competitors' strengths and weaknesses and utilize information collected to leverage the brand position and pricing
  • Prepares weekly and monthly reports and presentations for sales, marketing, marketing communications, dealer, and e-commerce platforms as necessary


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline that understand the online landscape
  • At least 5 years' experience in ecommerce industry
  • Experience in handling premium consumer electronics brand such as but not limited to these products: televisions & home theater, audio, cameras and video cameras.
  • Familiar with best practices for online marketing promotion and up-to-speed with the latest trends
  • Strong understanding of the consumer, e-commerce environment and competitive marketplace
  • Strong business management skills with demonstrated financial knowledge
  • Excellent organizational and presentation skills, strong written and verbal communications skills
