- Experience handling teams in both Sales and Operations
- Knowledge of retail market (Spa, Salon, Jewelry, Mall Retail, Kiosk)
- Background in Health & Wellness, Food & Beverage (F&B), and Retail industries
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Willing to work onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficiency
- Manage and supervise sales and operations teams
- Monitor store/kiosk performance and implement improvements
- Ensure excellent customer service standards
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations
- Develop and implement operational strategies
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
- Prepare operational reports and performance updates
