Job Description:
- Lead and grow the Indonesia Packaging Team (engineers and technicians)
- Build strong local capabilities in packaging development and testing
- Establish effective processes, testing standards, and governance
- Oversee end-to-end packaging development (functional, cost-effective, sustainable, market-ready)
- Strengthen technical expertise through aligned testing protocols
- Act as the main technical authority for guidance and problem-solving
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate packaging into projects
- Develop supplier partnerships to ensure quality and innovation
- Drive new technologies, sustainability, and cost optimization
- Ensure clear documentation, compliance, and reporting
Preferred Candidates:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 10+ years of packaging experience
- Proven ability to build or enhance packaging functions
- Strong expertise in testing, materials, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance
- Demonstrated leadership in team development
- Proficient in English
