Job Descriptions:
- Supervise all factory operational activities under his responsibility to ensure that these activities run according to the predetermined plan.
- Create a work program to improve factory operations and take corrective actions in case of deviations and weaknesses in terms of factory operations.
- Develop a quality management system in factory operations covering ISO 9000, ISO 14000, ISO 22000 (HACCP), OHSAS, halal certification and others for market demands and quality assurance.
- Develop a good machine maintenance system (Total Productive Maintenance/TPM) which includes predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance in order to reduce unplanned production down time caused by machine/equipment damage, and/or human error.
- Checking the implementation in the field periodically and ensuring that everything is running according to the existing rules effectively and efficiently.
Job Requirements:
- BA or BS in operations management, business, engineering or related field
- Having 10 years of experience in plant operations or engineering experience
- Proven experience as a leader
- Having CPOB & CPOTB certification is a must
- Having one of CPKB or CPPOB certification
- Excellent communication skills and people management
- having knowledge about pharmaceuticals & beauty manufacturer flow would be an advantage
