Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is partnering up with one of the largest funded brand aggregator in Southeast Asia. Our client is looking for a Portfolio Head that will bridge the acquired businesses with the operations team to drive growth. This job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Job Description:
- Portfolio Manager Head will be acting as a bridge between the acquired company founders/stakeholders and company's operations team, assist in driving and executing initiatives in a timely manner.
- Maintain good relationship with all stakeholders.
- Help the onboarding process of the prospect and the acquired company.
- Help the stakeholders of the acquired company to connect with the team.
- Liaise with the operation team to ensure the acquired company is on track with the target revenue and profit.
Requirements:
- Min. 5 years of experience growing start ups.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have a good business sense
- Good understanding of financial statements is a plus
- Experience in project management
- Management consulting and/or start up growth background is highly preferable.
