Product Development Manager - Electrical Manufacturing Company
Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Leading Electrical Manufacturing company for the role of Product Development Manager with a solid experience in the Technical & Project Management side of things
Develop and establish Quality Goals, Action Plans and KPIs.
Planning, coordinating, directing, and supervising project management for product development
Ensures that technical projects are completed accurately, within budget, and on time.
Lead and design the ongoing development and review of technical development, growth, and participation strategies of the company's product.- Coordinator of strategic processes in internal, external, and inter-related departments.
Job Requirements :
Minimum S1 (S2 will be considered) , majoring in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineer or has an experience in product development (min 5 years).
SAP ERP Knowledge, Project Management, 2D & 3D Software
Technical knowledge, leadership, communication, problem solving
Accurate, high attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Self-starter, proven track record in organisation and coordination abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English both spoken and written
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
