Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting a Product Manager on behalf of a multinational pharmaceutical company. The role will be responsible for product planning and execution of the marketing plan throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and executes marketing strategies and programs for assigned products or categories to support business growth.
- Evaluates marketing initiatives and market performance to identify opportunities and improve results.
- Analyzes market trends, customer insights, and competitive activities to support brand and commercial strategies.
- Builds relationships with key stakeholders, healthcare professionals, and industry partners.
- Identifies business opportunities across various sales channels including retail, hospital, institutional, and government accounts.
- Coordinates marketing activities and product initiatives with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Supports forecasting, inventory monitoring, and product availability to ensure efficient market coverage.
- Manages marketing budgets, monitors program execution, and prepares performance reports and evaluations.
Qualification Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in Marketing/Entrepreneurship or any business related field
- With 4-5 years of experience in Marketing/Brand/Product management; Preferably with experience in building brands ideally IV/hospital brands and or ethical brands
- Must have good verbal and written communication; Creative, Self-motivated; With good knowledge in data interpretation of market research data, Excellent analytical skills, Good technical background in product development and management. Must be keen to details
- Computer Literacy and excellent knowledge in various presentation mediums
