Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf leading multi-finance company in Indonesia for a Product Owner position.
The ideal candidate will be someone with a minimum of 3-5 years working in Product Management role in an agile environment
Responsibilities:
- Establish a bold and clear product vision and successfully convey it to key stakeholders and the product team.
- From inception to production, understands and contributes to the end-to-end team output strategy.
- Maintain stakeholder collaboration to ensure digital vision and products connect with product requirements and strategy, and communicate regular tracking about product specific KPIs
- Own, maintain, and prioritize the product team's day-to-day work based on the targets and KPIs.
- Sequence, split and design backlog deployable value adding user stories
- Understands financial impact of Team and Product related decisions
- Utilizes market, industry, and technical knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their product
- Once the solution is in production, define, implement, and track performance metrics.
Qualification:
- Have 3 - 5 years of experience as a Product Owner working in an agile environment & cadence
- Experience developing a product with an iterative strategy from MVP to fully-fledged product. Technical-heavy product is a plus.
- Have the ability to develop an end-to-end product strategy, including scope, roadmap, and KPIs, as well as understand product development from ideation to release.
- Have the ability to lead a cross-functional development team to achieve a common goal, prioritizing work and motivating the team to improve.
- Have ability to own and articulate end-to-end product requirements across product teams
- Have ability to obtain, evaluate, and comprehend information about customers and businesses.
- Have ability to communicate the linkages between broader business goals and small backlog items to team members in a clear and concise manner.
- Have ability to influence decision makers and manage stakeholders to achieve the Product mission
- Have solid technical foundation of system design and integration architecture
- Have functional understanding of agile development and methodologies, product vision and roadmap development, MVP definition, prioritization, planning and backlog management, user documentation, rapid prototyping, design thinking, and OKR methodologies.
