Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of / on behalf of a diversified group with business interests across interior design, property, and real estate-related operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reports directly to the COO
- Works closely with the Management Team for direction of the different projects and to ensure alignment to then company's mission and vision.
- Provides strategic leadership and management in the planning and execution of all projects.
- Oversee project planning, implementation and control.
- Take a lead in budget development and project completion progress.
- Lead, mentor and train the different Quantity Surveying, Technical Planning and
- Construction Management Teams in managing the daily development and completion progress of assigned projects.
- Leads plan reviews and value engineering initiatives.
- Ensure that project management processes and procedures are observed by the different Construction Management teams.
Qualifications:
- A licensed Civil Engineer in the Philippines.
- Has at least 15 years of solid experience in Project Management encompassing Budget
- Management, Contract and Contractors Management and Project Implementation Management.
- Proficiency in Windows Office application and AutoCAD.
- Superb Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Strong Leadership and Managerial skills.
- Keen to details and excellent in data and budget analysis.
- Cost-efficient and results-driven.
- Abreast with industry standard practices, updates and efficient industry technologies.
