Job Responsibilities:
Objective
- Lead and manage strategic projects and initiatives related to the company's vision and objectives.
- Collect, analyses, and document business requirements at the country & group levels and provide recommendation/solution for projects.
- Plan and allocate resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build, maintain and share knowledge-based business requirement on Wiki
Key Responsibilities
- Perform project planning and risk management to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget with minimize potential risks.
- Coordinate and manage the relationship between internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects.
- Evaluate, analyze, and communicate project/business/systems requirements on a continuing basis including the delivery of weekly/monthly status reports to all appropriate parties
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including BRD/ use cases documents as well as audit/review the project documentation from external parties.
- Develop a detailed project plan including setting targets for milestone to monitor and track progress, provide continuous analysis and amendment to ensure the project performance.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
- Develop relationships with partners and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations.
Job Requirements:
Experience & Expertise
- University degree in MIS, BIS, IT, Economy, Finance or relevant
- Minimum 3 years of proven working experience in project related work within management consulting or technology industry
- Good technology understanding and ability to work on technology related projects.
- Experience with BPMN: process maps, process flows, and workflow diagrams
- Experience in the Consumer Finance industry or similar position (dealing with Collection, product development, marketing, project management, …) is preferred
- Experience from CRM systems and payment gateways and other project automation initiatives will be a great advantage
- Strong customer experience focuses and understanding of customer journey mapping.
- Excellent stakeholder management and internal communication skills.
- Excellent English communications skills in verbal and writing.
