Project Manager - IT Infrastructure (Manufacturing) Bangkok

The company works with innovative global product organizations and operates across multiple regions, enabling fast, scalable, and high-impact engineering delivery.

This role is responsible for driving critical infrastructure projects within a manufacturing environment in Thailand. The Project Manager will lead major initiatives such as warehouse relocation and production line expansion, ensuring seamless execution and cross-functional alignment across technical, construction, and business teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of two key infrastructure projects: warehouse relocation and new production line setup in Bangkok and Lamphun

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards

  • Oversee IT infrastructure, network, and workplace services across projects

  • Coordinate Digital & Technology (D&T) activities with internal teams and external vendors

  • Act as the main point of contact between infrastructure, construction, and business teams

  • Ensure strong alignment and communication across all stakeholders

  • Identify and manage project dependencies across data, applications, and infrastructure

  • Proactively address risks, issues, and mitigation plans

  • Work closely with construction teams to ensure infrastructure readiness aligns with facility and production timelines

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in infrastructure project management

  • Exposure to warehouse/DC relocation or manufacturing setup projects

  • Strong background in network, workplace, and IT infrastructure delivery

  • Experience managing multiple vendors and subcontractors

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Experience working in global or multi-location environments is an advantage

  • Background in manufacturing or supply chain environments preferred

  • Familiarity with production line setup or industrial infrastructure

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus

  • Good command in English
