Job Qualifications:
- Proven background in hotel or hospitality management, ideally from a top-star or luxury hotel brand.
- Ability to adapt hotel service excellence to property management operations.
- Strong leadership and organizationalorganizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
- Experience in property management, facilities management, or related field is an advantage.
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and reporting.
Job responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional guest and tenant experiences, adopting the same service culture as luxury hotels.
- Manage guest relations, handle concerns promptly and maintain high satisfaction rates.
- Supervise and coordinate with service providers, contractors, and in-house staff to maintain top-quality property standards.
- Implement and monitor property policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure property safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance property value and improve service delivery.
- Prepare regular operational and financial reports for management.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to uphold excellent service and hospitality standards.
