Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute manual test cases to validate system features and functionality.
Perform functional, usability, and regression testing to identify defects and ensure product quality.
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand requirements and highlight potential issues.
Document, track, and report bugs and test results, ensuring clear communication across teams.
Support continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
Participate in team discussions and provide updates on testing progress and findings.

Job Qualifications

Strong attention to detail with a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.
Good communication skills in English; Japanese is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proactive mindset with strong curiosity and ability to identify risks early.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MySQL, Excel, Postman, or browser DevTools is an advantage.
Basic understanding of software testing concepts; prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.
