Our respected client is seeking an Information Technology (IT) professional for the job of Quality Assurance Engineer. The job is based in BGC, Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Job Summary:
The QA Engineer will be responsible for working with highly motivated, ambitious, and skilled teams. You'll learn about the newest banking and financial trends and technologies, such as microservices, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Creating test scenarios and coding them
- Performing manual function tests
- Keeping tests updated
- Engaging in software implementation procedures (collaborating with developers, product
- owners, and other Q&A members)
Key Job Requirements include:
- Entry-Level (Fresh Graduates)
- Basic knowledge of Java/Python, SQL, and REST API concepts
- Technology awareness
- Ability to work independently and look for information
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Jira or another defect tracking tool
- Advanced level of English
Nice to have skills and competencies:
- Experience in web and mobile applications testing
- Willingness to grow your skills in the automation testing area
- Experience in configuring CI tools for running automated tests (Jenkins/TeamCity)
