Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading producer of quality baked products in the country. Our client is looking for a Quality Department Manager to lead quality assurance operations, ensure food safety and regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across production processes.
This is an onsite position, Monday to Friday, with the office located in Meycauayan, Bulacan.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality assurance systems and procedures.
- Monitor production processes and address quality issues.
- Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Analyze quality data and recommend process improvements.
- Lead, train, and develop the Quality Assurance team.
- Collaborate with Production, Procurement, and R&D teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Stay updated on food safety regulations, industry trends, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of QA/QC experience in food manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of food safety management systems and regulatory requirements.
- Certifications in HACCP, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, or ISO 22000 are preferred.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
