Monroe Consulting Group, an Executive Recruitment firm, is hiring a Recruitment Consultant. This opportunity is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Position Overview
This role is responsible for delivering best‑in‑class executive search services while developing long-term client and candidate partnerships. The position plays a critical role in business growth through talent acquisition excellence, market development, and advisory impact.
Key Responsibilities

  • As a Consultant, you will be head-hunting candidates for our prestigious client base (multinationals and large companies).
  • You will develop your own client base within one of the specialised divisions (Professional, Technology, Industrial, Consumer Goods or Health) through business development.
  • You will build strong network and connections at a managerial level, with your clients as well as candidates.
  • You will be involved in the complete recruitment process together with the clients.
  • You will assess each candidate's suitability for a job opening through thorough pre-screening and interviewing before proposing them to clients.
  • You will also get involved in negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between clients and candidates.
  • You will build long-lasting business relationships with both clients and candidates whilst reaching targets.
  • You will develop your Industry knowledge while getting involved in social media and networking activities.
