Our client is seeking a professional with 10 years of experience in talent acquisition from a Heavy Machinery or Mining company for the job of Recruitment Manager. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Modify the current recruiting procedures or develop a new one as needed.
- Monitor key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruiting procedures.
- Supervise and provide overall guidance to the recruitment team.
- Liaise with company department heads to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs.
- Explore market best practices in the recruitment and placement of employees.
- Conduct job interviews to ensure candidates' skills and qualifications match the job requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation, implementing required changes to keep company recruitment processes compliant.
- Act as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics.
- Build quality relationships with internal teams and external recruitment agencies.
- Minimize costs incurred in a recruitment process.
- Conduct research to identify and select suitable job advertising options
- Advise hiring managers on the recruitment process.
Job Requirement:
- Have at least 10 years of experience in recruiting from heavy machinery or mining companies.
- Have a bachelor's degree in psychology or management.
- 10 years of experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes.
- Good knowledge of candidates' selection methods.
- Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Good time-management skills
