The Regional Director, Professional Services (APAC) will responsible for lead the regional delivery and professional services organization across Asia Pacific, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of enterprise retail technology solutions for key clients. This role is responsible for driving delivery excellence, customer success, operational efficiency, and commercial growth while managing regional professional services operations and leading multicultural teams across APAC.
Job Responsibilities
Define and execute regional professional services and delivery strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead and develop high-performing delivery and consulting teams across APAC markets.
Oversee end-to-end implementation of enterprise SaaS and analytics solutions for large retail and CPG clients.
Ensure project delivery quality, governance, risk management, and operational excellence.
Act as executive sponsor for strategic customer engagements and build long-term client relationships.
Collaborate with Sales teams to support customer expansion, renewals, and service opportunities.
Manage regional professional services P&L, including forecasting, resource planning, utilization, and margin performance.
Monitor delivery KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Partner with Product Management and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback and support solution enhancements.
Work closely with global stakeholders to ensure alignment and best practice sharing across regions.
Job Requirements
Extensive experience in enterprise software delivery, professional services, consulting, or client-facing technology environments.
Proven leadership experience managing regional or multi-country delivery teams across the Asia Pacific region.
Strong track record in delivering complex SaaS, analytics, or enterprise technology solutions for large-scale retail or consumer goods organizations.
Solid understanding of retail and CPG business operations, including merchandising, supply chain, pricing, category management, or related functions.
Strong commercial and operational management capabilities, including experience overseeing financial performance, resource planning, and service delivery operations.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership and executive-level clients.
Experience working within global and matrix organizational structures with cross-functional collaboration across multiple regions.
Strategic mindset with strong leadership, problem-solving, and execution capabilities in fast-paced business environments.
Experience in AI-driven platforms, retail technology solutions, digital transformation, or enterprise consulting would be highly advantageous.
