- Achievement of Sales in Volume (SIV) and Sales to Trade (STT)
- Implementation of marketing programs/Compliance
- Buying Accounts target
- Implementation/Compliance on Sales Force Automation (SFA)
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of any course with good communication and analytical skills
- With at least 3-5 years of work experience in a managerial capacity in the FMCG industry, handling General Trade
- With good leadership, distribution, and financial management skills
- With team performance management, planning and organizing skills,
- With excellent numerical competency and high proficiency in MS applications
- With excellent customer service management, negotiation, and persuasive selling and problem-solving skills
