We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Revenue Manager to lead revenue and pricing initiatives across our diverse channels in the Asia Pacific region. This includes operations in Malaysia, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore, as well as partnerships with global agents, Dandelion partners, and digital platforms.

This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, optimizing margins, and enhancing transaction efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader with deep expertise in money transfer pricing and revenue management, both in brick-and-mortar and digital environments.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute regional revenue strategies aligned with the company's global objectives.
  • Manage pricing models and margin optimization across all channels and partners in the region.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Treasury, Trading, and other cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of revenue plans.
  • Monitor and analyze transaction volumes, pricing performance, and margin trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead initiatives to improve revenue efficiency and transaction profitability.
  • Support the onboarding and performance management of global agents and digital partners.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on revenue performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes across APAC markets.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in money transfer pricing and revenue management, with proven success in both physical retail and digital channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience working in multi-country environments, particularly within the APAC region.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with global operations.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are a plus.
