Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 7-10 years of sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role within:
- Food manufacturing
- FMCG
- Consumer goods distribution
- Strong experience in regional sales management and distributor handling
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market coverage
- Deep understanding of Mindanao market dynamics, especially Davao region
- Experience managing both general trade and modern trade channels
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region
