Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of one of a well-established manufacturer of snack foods in the country, they are looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager in the FMCG sector.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 7-10 years of sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role within:
    • Food manufacturing
    • FMCG
    • Consumer goods distribution
  • Strong experience in regional sales management and distributor handling
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market coverage
  • Deep understanding of Mindanao market dynamics, especially Davao region
  • Experience managing both general trade and modern trade channels
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region

Job Summary:

  • The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion across Mindanao, with a primary focus on Davao and key provincial markets. This role leads regional sales operations, manages distributor networks, and strengthens relationships with key accounts in retail, wholesale, and food service channels.
  • The position requires a strong background in FMCG or food manufacturing, with expertise in route-to-market strategies, distributor management, and trade execution. The Regional Sales Manager will play a key role in achieving sales targets, expanding market share, and ensuring consistent brand presence across the region.
