The company partners with global medical device principals and delivers integrated solutions across dia ysis equipment, consumables, and clinical support services.
Position Overview
- This role is responsible for leading and driving regional sales performance for the Hemodialysis portfolio, covering bodialysis machines and consumables. The position will focus on expanding business across government and private healthcare sectors, managing key hospital accounts, distributors, and clinical stakeholders within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales growth to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets for hemodialysis machines and consumables
- Manage and develop relationships with nephrologists, dialysis units, hospital management, distributors, and key decision‑makers across private and government hospitals
- Execute regional sales strategies, go‑to‑market plans, and tender strategies aligned with national business objectives
- Actively manage government tenders, pricing structures, and contract negotiations
- Identify new business opportunities through market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer insights
- Oversee distributor performance, forecasting, and stock management within the region
- Collaborate closely with clinical, service, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure effective execution and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in medical device or healthcare sales, with strong exposure to hemodialysis or renal care products
- Proven experience selling both capital equipment (dialysis machines) and consumables
- Solid track record handling government and private hospital accounts, including tender‑driven business
- Strong understanding of regional market dynamics, pricing, and distribution models
- Established network within dialysis centers, hospitals, and relevant clinical stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership capability with experience managing teams and distributor channels
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (advanced degree is an advantage)
