Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of one of the world's largest providers of financial markets data and infrastructure. Our reputable client is currently hiring for Reporting Lead who has excellent reporting experience and has used Tableau /Power BI, SAP, Snowflake, and Service Cloud. This is a hybrid, mid-shift work arrangement based in Taguig.

Job Overview
The Reporting Lead will support the Customer Operations - Performance Excellence team to help create a method of work that drives report simplification and efficiency. This role will partner with the Frontline team, Specialist team, and other shared services groups to constantly review the metrics, and reporting process and simplify/ define new metrics as required. Will assist the Reporting Manager in ensuring day-to-day activities and month-end activities are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Will direct the team and manage the workflow of team members. Will typically plan work on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Highly productive and proactive in all the projects
  • Able to independently create Tableau dashboard, Power BI Dashboard.
  • Work in an agile environment by engaging the stakeholder through the project
  • Quarterly review of metrics and reports to assess relevance, completeness, and accuracy. Provide feedback to the Reporting Manager if any changes are required.
  • Quarterly review of dashboards and packages with leadership team and key stakeholders to collect feedback and work with the team for making changes if necessary
  • Identify opportunities to simplify the process and work with the technical team to implement Self-serve dashboards/ tools/ automated workflows/ macros
  • Provide guidance and training to other team members
  • Conduct required trainings to upskill the team members on process or technical skills
  • Define KPIs/ Metrics for newly implemented systems or process
  • Partner with Operational teams to initiate and drive projects
  • Act as a backup for the Reporting Manager

Key requirements include:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
  • Reporting, Analytics and Business Intelligence expert experience
  • Excellent planning, administration, and organization skills
  • Previous experience with reporting tools and technology (Business Objects, Tableau, SQL Data Bases, Salesforce, Snowflakes).
  • Expert level MS Excel and VBA (including the ability to apply advanced formulas & macros)
  • SQL skills (ability to write, design and execute SQL queries)
  • High level of initiative, dynamism, and drive
  • Good relationship builder and influencer
  • Proven analytical skills
  • Proven understanding of support processes and methods of working
  • Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of staff
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
