Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of one of the largest group of restaurants in the country. Our respected client is seeking a Research & Development Specialist with intensive experience in meat or pastry. The job is based in Pasig City.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Providing the overall project management for innovation projects, including product development of new concepts, innovative store/commissary processes, new functional packaging concepts, and new business directions.
- Supporting the store and manufacturing operations continuously.
- Reporting directly to the Technology & Innovations Manager and collaborating with other team members within and outside the section.
Job Requirements:
- Must be willing to work in Pasig.Must have a Bachelor's or College Degree in Food Technology or Chemistry - Major in Food Science and Technology
- At least two (2) years' experience in product development and innovation, product optimization, commercial translation in a leading QSR, food service, or manufacturing company.
- Preferably with fundamental to advanced commercial baking and meat processing experience.
- Has hands-on experience in commercial product translation either in manufacturing or retail set-up.
- Basic to advanced knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Must be willing to work in Pasig
