Sales and Marketing Senior Manager
Executive recruitment Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a premiere tertiary hospital that provides quality healthcare and trainings. They have been in the industry for decades and their goal is to be the hospital of choice in providing excellent health care system to their valued clients. Our respective client is looking for a Sales and Marketing Senior Manager who will lead the creation and implementation of sales and marketing plans for the facility. Build relationship between employees and customers and promote the facilities products and services. This position requires onsite reporting and will be reporting to the President and CEO and is located in Manila, Metro Manila.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Align the direction of the Sales and Marketing Division with the vision, mission, and values of the Facility
  • Manage the development, adoption, implementation and periodic reviews of the Sales and Marketing policies and procedures
  • Ensure the achievement of corporate objectives and goals
  • Improve marketing strategies to increase profitability
  • Aggressively promotes after sales programs like survey or feedback reports for the enhancement of facility features cost-efficient measures to ensure operation within approved budget
  • Provide direction in work distribution and resource planning
  • Manage the marketing and corporate communications and events management
  • Promote professional growth and development of staff through workshops, seminars, independent study, and other continuing education opportunities
  • Monitors marketing and customer service projects that are deemed necessary to ensure quality service at all levels
  • Monitors performance of Sales & Marketing staff
  • Conducts performance appraisal of direct reports/subordinates

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or Business Administration, advanced degree is an advantage
  • At least 10 years related work experience
  • With organizational, strategic, Technical and leadership competencies.
  • Good economic understanding and industry insight (good customer and market orientation)
  • Distinctive communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Flexible and resourceful in challenging and changing situations
